“My Stress Reliever”
I am a huge gym fanatic!!! Something very interesting about me is that I LOVE TO BOX! I recently became very involved with it and am in the process of finding an actual boxing gym to compete! Something I have learned from having a very busy schedule and constantly being stressed out is to find something that calms me down and makes me feel good and go with it. For me, that is running, boxing, and lifting weights. Starting this summer I will begin training for my very first half marathon for NYC in April of 2011! I also am going to begin boxing on a more competitive level. I work out 5-6 days a week and am very involved in my gym. Physical activity and health are a huge part of my life!
